Marine Accessories Corporation Information Foundation Marine Accessories Corporation was formed in 1998 by Prospect Partners, LLC, a private equity firm that manages a $270 million fund and invests in lower-middle market companies. With a goal of building a larger business unit through acquisition and management of select marine accessories companies, Marine Accessories Corporation focuses on those businesses which occupy particular niches within the industry. Its first acquisition occurred in October 1998 with the purchase of Westland Industries, Inc., a Phoenix, Arizona-based manufacturer of boat covers and bimini tops. Through additional acquisitions and aggressive sales initiatives, Marine Accessories Corporation has grown within the industry and to date includes seven (7) marine accessory manufacturing divisions. Leadership After Westland Industries was acquired by Marine Accessories Corporation, the company continued to grow within the industry via acquisition, as well as internally through aggressive sales initiatives. With growth have come new divisions, new locations and new management teams. Every company under the Marine Accessories Corporation umbrella maintains its own management team. Overseeing all divisions of Marine Accessories Corporations are Richard N. Reyenger, CEO; Ron Fox, CFO; and Mike McTeer, VP of Sales and Marketing.
